1. Firstly, remove the bolts of the valve cover, and then remove the valve cover and oil baffle.
2. Loosen the tensioning wheel nut and remove it.
3. Remove the intake and exhaust pipes.
4. Unscrew the bolts of the cylinder head in diagonal order.
5. Remove the spark plug.
The main function of the cylinder head is to seal the cylinder, forming a common combustion space with the piston and withstanding the action of high-temperature and high-pressure gas. The cylinder head should have sufficient stiffness and strength, as it must withstand the mechanical loads caused by the pneumatic force and tightening of the cylinder bolts, as well as the thermal loads of high temperature and pressure.

1. Install the camshaft, oil seal, and valve.
2. Install the cylinder gasket with the letter OPENTOP facing the cylinder head.
3. Place the cylinder head on top, secure it with two bolts, then screw in the remaining eight bolts by hand. Finally, tighten the bolts diagonally according to the disassembly sequence, and follow the standard process of "from inside out, crossing left and right, alternating back and forth".
4. Finally, tighten the valve cover securely.
